Gita holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from the Endeavour College of Natural Health, which she completed over 16 years ago. Having lived in various countries, including India and the USA, Gita has worked in multi-modality clinics, as well as run her own naturopathic clinic in Melbourne.
During consultations, Gita focuses on diet, nutritional support, herbal medicine, and assessing how lifestyle choices can best support the overall health of the client. Along with supporting women’s health, fertility, and the IVF process, improvements in diet and lifestyle have the potential to make a lasting impact in the long-term—both for parents and their children. Improved health is for everyone, at any stage of their life. While at The Fertility Pod the primary focus is fertility, Gita also holds nutrition and naturopathy sessions for people during the many ups and downs of their lives, be it to manage stress, improve digestion, and more.
“I have a firm belief that every aspect of our lives has an impact on our health—whether we realise it or not. I work with each client to coach them through their own personal health journey. My intention, with everyone I see, is to provide them with tools and information so they can make informed decisions, be empowered to take care of their health, and know that they have someone on their team.”
